Due to the official ban on the servants of Themis to engage in business, the judge found a figurehead, from which he began to draw all the authorizing documents. Subsequently, the men did not share the income.
The SBI completed the investigation against the judge of the Economic Court of the Dnepropetrovsk region, who ordered the kidnapping of his business partner. The press service of the State Bureau of Investigation reported this on Wednesday, September 4.
In 2017, the judge decided to receive income from business activities outside of his main job. Since judges are forbidden to do business, he found a business partner, under whose name he registered an agricultural business in the Sumy region.
Earlier, the SBI reported the details of the case, noting that the defendant allocated more than UAH 3 million to start the business project. For these funds, the figurehead bought combines, trucks, tractors and other equipment in his name. The judge received most of the profits.
Over time, the suspect’s partner also started investing in business development. However, the judge was no longer satisfied with the management of his partner in the company, so he decided to remove him from society. However, without a share, the man did not want to retire.
Therefore, the judge ordered the representatives of the criminal environment to kidnap his partner: for $17,000, the man was deprived of his freedom and forced to sign the necessary documents to transfer the ownership of the farm property.
We remind you that in Kyiv, two attackers kidnapped a heart surgeon for a ransom of $2 million.
Earlier, racketeers who kidnapped people were detained in the Dnieper. The fact that the defendants “knocked out” almost a million in hryvnia equivalent from a local businessman is documented.
