In 2020-2023, he served as Deputy Chief of the Joint Staff of the Joint Forces Command and Deputy Commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Gladky underwent special training in Canada, and at the start of the large-scale invasion, he carried out tasks in various important areas.
