GUR drones attacked the oil depot of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Zenit” in the Kirov region of Russia.
This is reported by Obshchestvennoye, citing sources in Ukrainian intelligence. It is known that the oil depot was attacked by Ukrainian-made kamikaze drones. A fire broke out in two tanks. The drone traveled more than 1,200 km.
Local publics reported that the strike was carried out using at least five drones.
Explosions were heard in Rosrezerv storage tanks for petroleum products. This is the first Ukrainian attack on facilities in the Kirov region.
Earlier, as a result of a joint operation, the GUR and the Special Operations Forces set fire to an oil depot in the Rostov region, from which fuel is supplied to Russian troops in Ukraine.
