Ryazanskaya GRES (also called Novomichurinskaya GRES) is a thermal power plant in Novomichurinsk, Pronsky district, Ryazan region. It is located 80 km south of Ryazan, on the banks of the Pronya River. It occupies the sixth position in the list of the most powerful thermal power plants in the Russian Federation. In the European part of Russia it is second only to the Kostroma State District Power Plant. The station consists of 7 power units.
