Russian troops shelled Izyum in the Kharkiv region.
At about 10:00 p.m. on August 28, the occupiers hit the city with a Tornado multiple launch rocket system. Houses and a bakery were damaged. This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Sinegubov.
As a result of the shelling, 12 people were injured, including five children. Among the minors injured were children aged three, five, eight, 13 and 16. One person had to be hospitalized. The rest had minor injuries, cuts to the extremities and an acute stress reaction.
Law enforcement officers are now recording the consequences of Russian war crimes.
Let us recall that on August 27, in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson, a 63-year-old man who was on the street received a mine-explosive injury and debris wounds due to an enemy drone attack. The ambulance team that was rushing to his aid also came under enemy fire. Three medical workers were injured.
