More than two dozen blue and yellow banners flew over the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region. The head of the Kherson Regional Police Department, Alexander Prokudin, announced this on August 23.
“Do not lose faith, the Kherson region will be free until Victory. I delivered a short message for our people living on the left bank,” he said.
