As a result of the attack on the Russian port of Kavkaz in the Krasnodar region, a ferry was destroyed and several ships were damaged. The relevant data was obtained from satellite images, reports Radio Liberty on Friday, August 23.

So, according to images from Planet Labs, a wrecked ferry and several small ships standing nearby can be seen, which may also have been damaged as a result of the impact.

“The satellite also recorded the damaged infrastructure in particular, the part of the railway leading to the water was damaged.

We remind you that on July 22, a ferry in the port of Kavkaz was attacked in the Krasnodar Territory. Later, it was found that it was a train ferry with tanks, which sank quickly after the explosion. On Russian public pages they wrote that the ship was apparently hit by a Ukrainian missile Neptune.

Today, the Ukrainian Navy confirmed the destruction of the ferry Conroe Trader in the port of Kavkaz. But the military did not specify what exactly caused the blow.
