Harris made a statement about Ukraine at the Democratic National Convention

US Vice President Kamala Harris, on the last day of the Democratic National Convention, after officially agreeing to run for president, promised that if she won the presidential election, she would continue to support Ukraine and NATO. Associated Press reports.

Harris defended Ukraine and NATO in his speech, criticizing Republican candidate Donald Trump’s earlier comments about the war in Ukraine.

“As president, I will stand firmly with Ukraine and our NATO allies,” he said.

According to him, five days before a full-scale war, he warned President Vladimir Zelensky about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Harris also noted that he helped lead the US diplomatic response, bringing together “more than 50 countries.”

As you know, according to the results of an Ipsos poll, Kamala Harris is ahead of Trump in the upcoming US presidential election with a result of 42% to 37%.
