In the KYIV region, a deputy of the village council, along with the accomplices, has organized a procedure for registering land plots for dummies, which caused a territorial community damage of 12 million hryvnias. This was announced by the Office of the Prosecutor General on Saturday, August 16.
According to the investigation, the deputy, who is also the secretary of the Permanent Commission on Land Relations and Environmental Protection, is appealing to the private notary procedure, the departmental overseer for the provision of administry services and three people who allegedly represent citizens. In fact, citizens do not sign any applications and do not apply to the department.
The scheme worked as follows: a package of clearly incorrect documents was moved to the Land Department, after which the owner was issued to the scam organizer. Generally, through a notary public, he entered contracts for the sale of land lands with an area of 92 hectares, which became their actual -owned.
During searches in Kyiv, Kyiv and Khmelnitsky regions, the documents were removed with relatively illegal land separation: sale contracts, works of acceptance and transfer, state works, technical documentation and attorney’s power.
The arrangement and his accomplices were reported to the suspicion of a number of articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Earlier, law enforcement officials revealed a procedure for the abolition of communal lands of 11 million hryvnias in the Obukhov district of the Kiev region. The defendants illegally appointed 47 plots of land and sold them to enthusiastic customers.
It is also reported that in KYIV they will judge the notary for registering homes.
