At the same time, the White House argues that the nuclear strategy agreed upon by the United States is not a response to a country or threat.
Earlier, the media reported that in March, US President Joe Biden approved a new nuclear strategy in response to China’s increasing nuclear arsenal. The document also provides for US preparations for a possible coordinated nuclear conflict with Russia, China and the DPRK.
