The Russian army continues to attack civilian infrastructure in the Kherson region.
On Sunday morning, August 18, invaders attacked a settlement in the suburbs of Kherson. An enemy shell hit a residential building. At that time, a man and a woman were there. A fire broke out, and the people were trapped in their own home. The State Emergency Service reported this on Facebook.
It is noted that rescuers helped the woman get out of the house, and the man got out on his own. The fire was quickly extinguished in a small area.
Let us recall that on August 18, the Russian occupation army struck the city of Mirnograd in the Donetsk region. As a result of artillery shelling on August 18, two people were killed – a woman born in 1941 and a 44-year-old man. Another 56-year-old local resident was injured. As a result of the strikes, nine private houses were damaged.
