Reconnaissance and attack drones attack Russian targets not only at the front, but also in the rear.
In particular, the “Partisans” group of the 9th Department of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine used the “Sych” strike and reconnaissance complex and FPV drones to destroy military equipment, surveillance systems, logistics facilities and field fortifications of the Russians. The Main Intelligence Directorate reported this on Facebook on August 18.
The scouts inflict fire damage both at the front and in the enemy’s rear using the Sych strike and reconnaissance systems, as well as FPV drones, the report says.
The intelligence officers noted that the operational range of these systems allows them to operate unexpectedly and in a way that is unexpected for the occupiers, and therefore effectively.
Recall that in August, the Cyclone reconnaissance and strike group used drones to hit enemy observation posts, equipment and personnel on the Kinburn Spit. In particular, the drones incinerated a Tiger armored vehicle, an armored personnel carrier with personnel, four UAZ vehicles and a pickup truck. Two machine gun crews, one mortar crew and an anti-tank complex crew were also hit.
