The appearance of politicians on the front line significantly hinders the implementation of the necessary measures to conduct a military operation.

Representatives of the people of Ukraine are requested not to visit the Kursk region. This was announced on Saturday, August 17, by the People’s Deputy from Batkivshchyna Oleksiy Kucherenko in relation to the head of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk.

According to Kucherenko, he appealed to people’s representatives with a request to refrain from traveling to the Russian Federation.

“The leadership of the Special Operations Forces came to me with an urgent request to the representatives of the people of Ukraine to refrain from traveling to the Kursk region.

The day before, the representative of the people, SBU colonel Roman Kostenko filmed a video from the state border from the Russian Federation.

President Vladimir Zelensky said the Armed Forces’ operation in Russia’s Kursk region is continuing as expected, and that the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ bridgehead in the region is “getting stronger.”
