As journalists point out, since July 13, Trump has held almost a dozen campaign events, but indoors. However, Trump wants to return to street events, because more people will come there.
The Secret Service now plans to use bulletproof panels to surround Trump on three sides during his speeches. Sources say it is unclear when exactly the panels will begin to be used. According to experts, they are large, bulky and require additional effort during transportation.
It is known that after the Butler incident, former Secret Service Director Kim Cheatle strengthened the security of Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris. The protection of other protected persons is also strengthened.
