Ukraine attacked four military airfields in the Voronezh, Kursk and Nizhny Novgorod regions of Russia.
Yesterday, August 14, units of the Air Force and Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, together with the Security Service of Ukraine and the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, carried out attacks on these airfields. The airfields “Khalino”, “Savasleyka”, “Borisoglebsk” and “Baltimore” were under attack. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.
These airfields are home to army aviation, Su-34 fighter-bombers, Su-35 fighters and other enemy military aircraft. The main targets were fuel and lubricants and aviation weapons.
The Ukrainian military added that the results of the attack are being clarified.
Meanwhile, the Schemes project published a satellite image of the aftermath of the strike on the Russian Savasleyka airfield. The photos show damaged airport storage facilities.

Let us recall that photos of the aftermath of Ukrainian drone strikes on the active military airfield “Borisoglebsk” in the Voronezh region of Russia were published online. The drones hit several hangars where the technical and operational unit was located, which was engaged in the repair and maintenance of aircraft.
