Conscripts who were able to evacuate from the border during the breakthrough of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are being forced to sign contracts with the Russian Defense Ministry in order to send them back to the front lines. Two mothers of Russian servicemen told the Verstka publication about this.
According to them, about 150 conscripts are currently in one of the military units in the Kursk region. They are told that they will be cleaning up the territory after the stormtroopers. As compensation, the conscripts are promised to be paid 4-5 thousand rubles a day.
And if you don’t agree, then you’ll go to court and still go to war, you won’t get away from it.
That is, they are still planning to send them there. They are trying to put moral pressure on them, they are trying to process them, Verstka quotes one of the mothers.
One of the conscript’s comrades, who was evacuated from the border in Kursk Oblast, told Verstka that several people with minor concussions were taken away from a hospital in Kursk the day before. One officer said that they were being taken to a military unit in Klintsy in Bryansk Oblast, but they were not there. According to the journalists’ interlocutor, everyone understands that the conscripts are being taken somewhere near the border so that they can take part in battles again.
