The court chose a preventive measure for former Deputy Energy Minister Oleksandr Kheyl – detention with the possibility of posting bail of 25 million hryvnia. He was detained for a bribe of half a million dollars.
This was reported by “Obshchestvennoe” and “Obshchestvennoe”.
Hale was caught accepting a half-million dollar bribe to obtain permission to export mining equipment from the frontline area.
Rakurs previously wrote that the deputy minister of energy, who was detained and dismissed from his post, was spreading anti-Ukrainian theses on his social networks.
According to the investigation, Kheylo, in collusion with the head of one of the state coal enterprises from the East and two other individuals, expressed a request to the head of another coal enterprise located in the western region to provide an illegal benefit in the amount of 500 thousand dollars.
In return, he promised to ensure the transfer of valuable equipment for coal mining from one DT mine to another for storage with the possibility of using it. In fact, it was a question of saving this equipment, since it was located near the combat zone.
