“The actual average value of American duties in Canadian goods is 5.6%. Compare it with 16% of duties that act average against other countries. He added that “they expect to continue to talk to Canada in trade and national security.”
Trump himself, while talking to journalists at the Oval Office, said on August 22 that he liked the Prime Minister of Canada.
