Local Russian authorities claim that 28 settlements in the Kursk region are under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Ukrainian troops have advanced 12 km in depth and 40 km in width, it was reported at a meeting “on the situation in the regions bordering Ukraine,” which was convened by Vladimir Putin.
Let us recall that the Ukrainian leadership has not officially commented on these events.
On page 225 of the separate assault battalion, a video was published in which Ukrainian soldiers remove the Russian flag from the administrative building. It was noted there that the fighters are in Darino in the Kursk region.
At a meeting with the acting governor of the Kursk region, Smirnov, Putin demanded that the enemy be “squeezed out” of the Kursk region.
The main task, of course, is facing the Ministry of Defense – to push out, to drive the enemy out of our territories and, together with the border service, to ensure reliable coverage of the state border.
Putin also said that Ukraine appears to be trying to improve its negotiating position in the future.
Meanwhile, satellite images show that the Sudzha gas measuring station in the Kursk region has been destroyed.
On Monday morning, Russia’s Gazprom announced that it was continuing to pump gas through the Sudzha gas metering station to Europe in the usual volume.
