It was a day full of prestigious guests. Jeff Bezos’ yacht hosted several celebrity couples on a Mediterranean vacation this Friday, August 9, departing from Nikki Beach in Sardinia. There, the billionaire and his fiancee Lauren Sanchez were photographed soaking up the sun alongside guests. Among them: Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom and Leonardo DiCaprio and his partner. The group was driven to the nearby town of Arzachena for lunch before returning to the spectacular pleasure boat.
On that occasion, Jeff Bezos wore blue shorts with a black polo shirt, hat and glasses of the same color. For her part, her fiancee Lauren Sanchez wore a black lace dress over a swimsuit. The couple created by Leonardo DiCaprio and Vittoria Ceretti presented themselves in more casual clothes. The Hollywood actor wore khaki shorts and a cap, as well as a gray T-shirt. The 26-year-old model wore white pants and a red and white zebra skirt.

“A New Beginning”
Jeff Bezos’ boat is called Scratchwhich means “new beginning” in Maori. The Amazon founder originally ordered the yacht in 2018, paying a modest €443 million for it. Its construction by the Dutch company Oceano took almost five years.
A ship whose bow appears to be a tribute to his fiancee, journalist and helicopter pilot Lorraine Sanchez. A wooden sculpture of a reporter with wings appears there. A work whose publication date coincides with the couple’s engagement, which leaves little room for doubt about this uncanny resemblance between the journalist and the sculpture.
