The Russians continued to disorganize their command and control, but the allies’ tacit approval of events in the Kursk region was more important.
Ukrainian military journalist Bogdan Miroshnikov reports on Telegram about a large number of cases of “friendly fire” on the Russians in attempts to repel the offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region. He suggests that in recent days this number was a record for the entire period of a mass invasion.
But he considers the main positive from the extraordinary success of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to be the tacit consent of the allies and the creation of panic on the territory of the Russian Federation – “they began to feel the war.”
The observer believes that a particularly important point is that the occupier does not know any of our additional intentions or how to achieve them: “This time the regime of operational secrecy on our part worked perfectly The mistakes of 2023 is considered.”
“The occupier, as expected, is taking more and more reserves in the Kursk region,” writes Miroshnikov. “Fighting enemy reserves has begun to slow the advance, but this is a normal process.” At the same time, the observer ensures that the enemy cannot push back the Ukrainian units.
He also noted that Ukrainian forces have changed their tactics somewhat, and while he did not go into specifics, he noted that they are bearing fruit. According to Miroshnikov, “what follows is less interesting.”
Earlier, the media reported that the Ukrainians advanced 30 km deep into Russia. There are also reports of a steady stream of armored personnel carriers and tanks moving toward Russia.
