The Norwegian government is encouraging people to return home by paying 1,500 euros to Ukrainians who agree to return home.
In Norway, the updated rules for the registration of Ukrainian refugees came into effect on July 15. This was reported by Visit Ukraine
In 2024, Ukrainian migrants in Norway can receive 520 euros per month, at the same time they must live in refugee reception centers and register at the National Registration Center.
At the same time, the country’s government is encouraging people to return home by paying 1,500 euros to those who decide to return.
Changes in aid for Ukrainian refugees:

by 2024, temporary alternative housing will not be available in Norway;

Ukrainians who want to receive government payments and support must live in refugee reception centers, and not in private housing.

the Norwegian government does not cover the costs associated with pets arriving at refugee centers;

to receive one-time financial assistance in the amount of 8,200 euros (367,401 UAH), you need to live in Norway for more than one year;

To receive temporary asylum and assistance, you must register at the National Registration Center.
After obtaining temporary protection, Ukrainians can obtain a work permit. The largest database of vacancies is collected on the Arbeidsplassen portal. If a person works in the country, he automatically becomes a member of the Norwegian National Insurance Scheme.
We remind you that Ireland intends to significantly reduce social payments to refugees from Ukraine. From September 1, the weekly state aid will decrease several times – from 232 to 39 euros.
