On Saturday, August 10, North Korea again launched balloons, likely filled with garbage, toward South Korea. This was reported by Yonhap in connection with a statement by the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS).
It is reported that wolves from the DPRK may be heading to the northern part of Gyeonggi Province.
The agency warned the public about North Korea’s dropping of balloons and urged them not to touch them if found, but to report them to the military or police.
