The first phase of construction began in the spring of 2024. In the first phase of the “dry port” construction, the railway infrastructure and the first container platform with a throughput capacity of about 30 thousand TEU/year will be built. Meanwhile, the capacity of the container train is 2000 TEU, which will also be built in this phase.
The dry port is planned to be commissioned in the third quarter of this year. About 50 people will work here; In total, they plan to create 100 jobs, summed up the deputy mayor of Vinnytsia.
We remind you that since the opening of the ports of Odessa, the UN World Food Program (WFP) sent 25 ships with 160 thousand tons of agricultural products, which made it possible to feed 12 million people.
