After a five-month pause, Russia has resumed using ballistic missiles from the DPRK to strike Ukraine
Defense Express writes about this, citing informed sources.
During a massive strike on Ukraine on July 31, Russian occupiers used a North Korean-made ballistic missile. The launch was recorded from Russian territory in the direction of Bila Tserkva, but the missile simply fell in the Kyiv region, probably after exploding in the air.
Debris found at the crash site matched previously discovered remains of the KN-23 ballistic missiles used in strikes on Ukraine earlier this year.
The last recorded case of Russian use of North Korean-made KN-23 ballistic missiles to strike Ukraine was on February 27, 2024.
