The fourth African tour of the Foreign Minister will last from August 4 to 8 and aims to continue the development of relations with African countries.
Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Kuleba will visit Malawi, Zambia and Mauritius for the first time on August 4-8. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on August 4.
“The fourth African tour of the Foreign Minister is aimed at continuing the development of relations with African countries. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine will visit all three countries – Malawi, Zambia and Mauritius – for the first time in history,” the department stressed.
In Lilongwe, Lusaka and Port Louis, Kuleba will hold talks with heads of state, foreign ministers, business and cultural circles.
The focus of all meetings will be the development of bilateral relations based on mutual respect and interest. Among the main topics is the participation of African states in international efforts to restore a just world for Ukraine and the world.
A special focus of the negotiations in Malawi is the important role of Ukraine in ensuring food security in Zambia, the minister will discuss the development of bilateral relations, political dialogue and cooperation within international organizations ;
In Mauritius, which is one of the most successful economies in Africa, a special topic of meetings will be attracting investment and the participation of Mauritian businesses in the restoration of Ukraine.
