The chairman of the subcommittee on cybersecurity, government communications, and cryptographic protection of information of the Committee for National Security, Defense, and Intelligence, Oleksandr Fedienko, reported this on the Rada channel.
The following lose the right to deferment from mobilization:
- correspondence students;
- students receiving further education;
- alimony defaulters;
- found to be healthy upon re-examination;
- half-brothers of deceased soldiers (only relatives have the right);
- military personnel caring for disabled persons of the third group or the first and second groups, if the disabled person can be looked after by another relative.
