“According to the investigation, the suspect is a deputy of one of the city councils of the Kiev region and the founder and director of an agricultural enterprise, without documents confirming the fact of the order on the land of a liquid collective agricultural enterprise, he registered the ownership of the enterprise headed by two land plots with a total area of more than 11 hectares in Belotserkovsky district, despite the lack of legal grounds, the state register of the council of the village made appropriate changes to the state register of rights to real property,” the message said.
The actions of the suspects led to more than UAH 1.2 million damage to the territorial community.
An official of the Poltava Regional Council was previously reported to be under suspicion. The deputy arranged a business trip to the Polish city of Bydgoszcz, but in fact went to Portugal on personal business.
