In the Dnepropetrovsk region, the police detained two minors for setting fire to the cars of a military man and a volunteer. This was reported by the press service of the National Police of Ukraine on Wednesday, July 31.
Law enforcement officials established that a 17-year-old boy and girl from the city of Kamenskoye were involved in the arson. Before committing crimes, they bought flammable substances in stores, and at night they set fire to military vehicles.
“Investigation revealed that the suspects were responsible for burning two vehicles belonging to an active serviceman and a volunteer. The front part of the vehicles was damaged by fire – the engine compartment, hood and headlights. “
The police are identifying those who ordered the crimes and are examining the version of the arson made by the Russian special services.
Let’s recall that earlier in Lvov, young people were detained who, on instructions from the Russian FSB, were preparing a series of arson attacks on the vehicles of Ukrainian soldiers. In Rivne, police detained a 22-year-old man who set fire to military vehicles after responding to a “suggestion” on a Russian chatbot.
