Ukraine can produce more than three million drones per year. This was said by the Deputy Minister for Strategic Industries and Industry of Ukraine Anna Gvozdyar, Suspilne reports.
“We have a huge production capacity; now we can produce more than three million drones of different types for this we need funding,” said Gvozdyar.
According to him, the state can cover only part of these needs, and the rest is covered by foreign partners. In particular, Canada agreed to buy some Ukrainian-made drones for the Ukrainian army. Negotiations are also ongoing with other countries, including the United Kingdom.
“We have done enough because of both public and private capacities regarding different types of products for drones More than a million drones – obviously they need more than a million bullets,” said Gvozdyar.
He added that the Ministry of Strategy is now working on a line of drones with ammunition, which is necessary for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Additionally, issues of their unity will be discussed.
