Russian war criminals are using K-51 aerosol grenades banned by the Geneva Convention against Ukrainian defenders in the Kharkov region. This is what the speaker of the operational-tactical group (OTG) said Kharkiv Vitaly Sarantsev on the telethon air Unified news.
In the Glubokoe settlement area, the Russians began to use hunting weapons, with which they tried to shoot down Ukrainian FPV drones, added the OTG representative.
“Another shameful fact about the invaders is that they again started using K-51 aerosol grenades, I want to remind you that these grenades are not conventional weapons, they are prohibited by the Geneva Convention,” said Sarantsev.
According to him, this is not the first time that such grenades have been used by enemy soldiers. The Russian military has used it, albeit for a long time, especially at the Donetsk airport.
“In total there were more than 460 cases throughout the ten-year war,” the OTG spokesperson clarified.
