It was loud here on Tuesday, July 30, local residents recorded traces of air defense missiles in the sky. The head of the republic, Sergei Menyailo, traditionally for the Russian authorities, reported on the destruction of the UAV. This was reported by Russian Telegram channels.
A representative of the dictatorship announced the alleged shooting down of two UAVs in the Mozdok region. The authorities of the aggressor country kept silent about the destruction and victims.
As is known, the Mozdok airfield is actively used by the Russian army to launch missile strikes on Ukrainian cities. The occupiers base TU-22M3 strategic bombers at this facility, from which they regularly launch Kh-22 cruise missiles at civilian infrastructure in Ukraine. MiG-31K fighters, which carry the Kinzhal missile, also take off from this airport.
The distance from Ukraine to this Russian aviation facility is about 1 thousand km.
Let us recall that satellites recorded the consequences of a missile attack by the Ukrainian Defense Forces on the Saki airfield in occupied Crimea. The footage shows that dark spots appeared on one of the parts of the airfield where the Su-30 aircraft were based, indicating a fire and explosions.
