We remind you that the Russian Central Bank has increased the key rate from 16 to 18% per annum. The reason is significant inflationary pressure. Analysts are not ruling out a rate hike to 20% before the end of 2024.

It was previously reported that the Russian economy is on the verge of overheating. This was stated by the director of the monetary policy department of the Bank of Russia, Kirill Tremasov.
