Russian invaders entered the building of one of the colleges in the center of the city of Kherson at night, causing a fire to break out.

The head of the Kherson OVA, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported this today, July 28, on his Facebook page, publishing a video of the aftermath of the shelling.
No one was hurt, he noted.
The press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office reports that as a result of shelling carried out by Russians yesterday, July 27, in the evening and this morning, two people were killed in the region:
- Around 21:00 on July 27, the enemy shelled Kherson. They hit a multi-story building. A 70-year-old woman received injuries incompatible with life;
- On July 27, at about 9:00 p.m., Russian armed forces shelled the village of Lvove in the Berislav district with artillery. As a result of a hit to a residential building, an 87-year-old man was killed;
- This morning at about 7:00 a.m. Russian troops attacked Kamyshany. So far, five civilians are known to have been injured, including three minors aged 10, 15 and 17. The condition of two of them is assessed as moderate, the third is serious.
