In Belgorod-Dnestrovsky, Odessa region, a man cut off his fingers in the territorial center for social gathering and support. To do this, he used a fire axe. UNIAN reports this with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies.
Earlier, local Telegram channels wrote that on July 25, in Belgorod-Dnestrovsky TCC and SP, a man who was brought there injured himself.
“Yesterday at the Belgorod-Dniester military registration and enlistment office, a 42-year-old man in prison took a fire ax and cut off two fingers on the right hand so that the victim could not undergo a medical examination,” said the report.
A law enforcement source confirmed to UNIAN the truth of the incident.
“Such an incident actually happened at the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support of Belgorod-Dnistrovsky District. The victim was taken to the hospital,” the law enforcement official said, adding that a man of military age cut off one of his finger .
Under what circumstances this happened is still unknown. Odessa Regional TCC and JV have yet to comment on the incident.
