Spanish Defense Minister Margarita Robles told her Ukrainian counterpart Rustem Umerov about the upcoming delivery of military equipment.
According to him, the new package will include an additional battery of the MIM-23 Hawk anti-aircraft missile system. System deliveries are scheduled for September.
Robles also spoke about the important progress in the training of Ukrainian military personnel in Spain, whose number reached 5 thousand.
Umerov thanked Spain for its valuable and unconditional support.
We remind you that Spain has already started transferring 10 Leopard 2A4 tanks to Ukraine.
In addition, Ukraine received a second batch of Patriot anti-aircraft missiles from Spain.
