The person involved must come when called by the investigator or the court, report a change in the place of residence or work, not travel outside Kyiv and the region, refrain from talking to witnesses and surrender his passport.
Kyiv’s Shevchenkovsky District Court imposed a preventive measure in the form of a personal commitment on the co-owner of the Zelensky estate, Mikhail Grechko. This was announced by the presiding judge, Ukrinform reported on Wednesday, July 24.
Grechko must comply with a number of obligations, in particular, to come when called by an investigator or court, to report a change in the place of residence or work, not to travel outside Kyiv and the region without permission, to refrain from talking to witnesses and surrender his passport.
The duration of the duties is set until September 23, 2024. An appeal against the decision can be filed within five days.
Earlier, suspicion was declared against the co-owner of the Zelensky estate, who gave instructions for its demolition.
We remind you that the expert commission on the registration of cultural heritage objects of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy decided on July 23 that the Department for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of the Kyiv City State Administration should add destroyed property of the Zelensky family on the list of monuments in Kyiv.
