On Tuesday, July 23, Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov discussed the situation at the front with US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin. Umerov spoke about it on the social network X, noting that the conversation was productive.

Let’s remember that a few days ago the White House said that they did not have a clear answer on whether Joe Biden would allow the use of American weapons for deep strikes on Russia.
