Yesterday, July 21, at 13:42, a message was received that on the Dnieper River, near the Pedestrian Bridge, a cable car had broken, as a result of which a person fell into the water.
Rescue divers began their search at 1:56 p.m. Seven hours later, as darkness fell, the search operation was called off and resumed this morning.
“Search and rescue operations on the Dnieper River in Kyiv have been completed: rescuers have found the body of a young man born in 2004 and brought him to the shore,” the report says.
