Military maneuvers will continue on the shores of the Caspian Sea and in the sea area near Cape Tokmak.
International military exercises Birlestik 2024 are taking place in Kazakhstan with the participation of military personnel from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan.
It was noted that the military made 17 tactical stages in the theater of operations at the Oymasha training area. All of them carried out routine combat training tasks to identify and destroy illegal armed groups aiming to create a Caliphate state.
The actions of the troops were observed by the Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan and his colleagues from Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
Exercises include ground and air reconnaissance, special forces groups, army aviation and artillery, electronic warfare units, assault groups, tank units, air assault and others units.
