July 16 is the last day to update military registration data. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine answered the most common questions on this matter.

Citizens who fail to update their military registration data may be fined.
Fines will not be issued automatically.
Dissenting citizens can appeal to the court, but only within 10 days.
One fine is provided for one violation. The decision will be made by the head of the TCC and SP.
The fine for the first administrative violation is UAH 17,000; for a repeat violation within a year, UAH 25,500.
If a citizen does not pay a fine, the case may be transferred to the enforcement service, and the debtor’s property or accounts may be seized.
Updating military registration data does not mean automatic referral to the VLK – separate summonses will be sent for this.
Those liable for military service abroad can update their data through the Reserve+ application or by contacting consular offices.
Ukrposhta will send out summonses to the addresses that were indicated when updating military registration data.
Citizens who updated their data before July 16 may be sent summonses to undergo the VLK. Those who fail to do so may, in particular, be temporarily restricted in their right to use vehicles.
