We agreed on the possibility of developing direct contacts between the heads of regional administrations and communities not only through the central government. They are ready to help. And they have a great desire to work at the level of regional structures. Therefore, I want you to take this project and start preparing it. I think we can gather our colleagues in America for the fall,” the president said.
