More than 200 settlements in the Lviv region were left without electricity due to bad weather

During the night of July 14 and the morning of July 15, lightning caused several fires and infrastructure damage.

Due to bad weather with storms in the Lviv region, 214 settlements were left without electricity supply – 102 completely and 112 partially. This was reported by the press service of Lviv OVA on Monday, July 15.

Currently, 74 Lvovoblenergo teams and more than 300 specialists are working to eliminate the consequences of bad weather in the Lviv region.

At the same time, additional restoration work is underway in Lviv, where lightning struck last night and this morning caused several fires and infrastructure damage.

The Trolleybus No. 33 is not yet operating in the city, and trams No. 6 and No. 7 is operating on modified routes, as utility companies replace the tram-trolleybus intersection at the intersection of Chernovola Ave. and Svoboda Ave. It used to be lightning here in the morning.

We remind you that on the night of July 14 in Lviv, due to a storm, there were fires in different parts of the city and a voltage drop in the network was recorded.
