Russian invaders today, July 13, attacked the village of Budy in the Kharkiv region using a second strike tactic. As a result, a rescuer and a policeman were killed, and 23 more people, including a 14-year-old girl, received injuries of varying severity.

Railway infrastructure facilities, residential buildings, and cars were also damaged, the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office reported.
According to the investigation:
- At about 15:40, Russian armed forces launched a missile attack on the railway station in the village of Budy in the Kharkov region;
- Upon arrival of the services at the scene, Russian troops, using the tactics of a second strike, launched a missile at the same location.
- Previously, the Russian Federation struck the village with two Iskander-M missiles.
A pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code).
