“I encourage you to be guided by the statement of the Russian Ministry of Defense, which completely excludes that there are attacks on any civilian targets it is mentioned there that we are talking about the downing of an anti-missile,” said Peskov .
He added: “And we still insist, we do not carry out strikes on civilian targets, strikes are carried out on critical infrastructure facilities, on military targets that are in one way or another related to the potential of military of the “regime”.”

Yesterday Russia launched about 40 missiles at Ukraine. The air defense shot 30 targets, but there were few hits. Rockets hit the Okhmatdyt children’s hospital, a medical center and residential buildings in Kyiv. There were hits in Krivoy Rog and Dnieper.
According to the latest data, 38 people died, including four children, and 190 others were injured.
The SBU also established that Okhmatdyt was attacked by a Russian X-101 missile. A video of an attack on a hospital in Kyiv has also surfaced.
