The meeting was long. Much attention was paid to drones and electronic warfare, namely their production in Ukraine, financing, supply and use. The discussion was about both the most popular FPV drones at the front and long-range drones. The head of state reported this in today’s evening meeting.
The President heard a report from the Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Vadim Sukharevsky, Deputy Prime Minister Mikhail Fedorov, Minister of Strategic Industries Alexander Kamyshin and Commander of the Air Force Oleshchuk.
We made very important decisions. Time will show these decisions on the front, Zelensky emphasized.
Ukrainian Defense Minister Umerov reported on the implementation of those defense packages from the United States that have already been announced but have not yet been delivered to Ukraine.
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky reported that most of the fighting is currently being recorded in the Pokrovsk direction. The President emphasized that “we are currently strengthening each direction, from the Kharkiv region to the southern ones.”
And I am grateful to each brigade, grateful to each soldier, each commander, who are truly resilient, truly accurate. And especially the 35th separate marine brigade, the 44th and 55th separate artillery brigades, the 71st separate ranger brigade, the 108th separate troop brigade and the 110th separate mechanized brigade. Thank you all for the result, warriors! – the head of state noted.
Let us recall that on July 1, after a meeting with the military, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Russia would continue to lose even more equipment and logistics because “fundamental decisions” had been discussed.
