Funds can be spent exclusively on restoring damaged roads used for transporting military and humanitarian supplies and evacuation routes.
In Ukraine, 2.38 billion Hryvnias will be allocated from the budget for the restoration of roads in front-line regions. This was reported by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers on Tuesday, July 2.
Funds allocated from the state budget reserve fund will be used to restore strategic routes used for the needs of the Ukrainian army and for humanitarian purposes.
In particular, the funds will be directed to the following regions:
Kharkov region – 502.9 million hryvnias;
Zaporozhye region – 350 million hryvnias;
Donetsk region – 324.5 million hryvnia.
Dnepropetrovsk region – more than 196 million hryvnia;
Mykolaiv region – 307 million hryvnias;
Sumy region – more than 222 million hryvnia;
Kherson region – more than 224 million hryvnias;
Chernihiv region – 258.8 million hryvnias.
The allocated money will be sent to the regional administrations, which need to communicate, in particular, with the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Infrastructure, a list of roads that are important for meeting defense needs, as well as also the humanitarian purpose, and subject to restoration.
Kievavtodor announced a tender for emergency work on the Metro bridge. The expected cost of the work is 2 billion hryvnia.
