The information was given by the idol himself in a chat on the radio station Bighit Music Record Melon (via Koreaboo), where he also revealed a list of the tracks that are on his playlist to ensure a pleasant night with his duvet and pillow.
It is worth mentioning that the habit of listening to songs to fall asleep is beneficial to health, as music can reduce the overall severity of insomnia, improve the quality of rest during the night and help initiate the sleep process, as revealed by the researcher. 1. “Chihiro’s Waltz” — Elizabeth Bright
Played on the piano, “Chihiro’s Waltz” is on the soundtrack of ‘Spirited Away’, a film by Hayao Miyazaki which became the first Studio Ghibli title to win the Best Animated Feature category at the Oscars. The song was composed by Joe Hisaishiand the version that Sucks like to hear is an interpretation of Elizabeth Bright.
2. “Rain” — Sakamoto Ryuichi
Also from the soundtrack of an Oscar-winning film, Sucks mentioned “Rain” from Sakamoto Ryuichi. The song was released in 1987, and can be heard, in addition to music streaming platforms, in the film ‘The Last Emperor’, which won nine golden statuettes in 1988, two of which were in the categories of Best Film and Best Director for Bernardo Bertolucci.
3. “Time” — Hans Zimmer
Proving to be a big fan of soundtracks, another one of the recommendations Sucks would also come from a production made for the big screen, this time, for the film ‘Inception’.
The song in question is “Time”, composed by Hans Zimmera musician nominated for an Oscar in the category of Best Original Score. Although he did not win, the film Christopher Nolan competed in seven other categories, winning the prize in four of them.

Second Moon’s “Ice Pond” was released in 2015 as part of the band’s self-titled debut album. Blending jazz, folk and world music, Second Moon is known in South Korea for composing OSTs for K-dramas such as KBS2’s ‘Love in the Moonlight’ and SBS’s ‘Legend of the Blue Sea’.

Yiruma is one of the most renowned pianists in the South Korean country, and one of his tracks is responsible for helping Sucks falling asleep at night: “Kiss the Rain”, from Yiruma’s third studio album, ‘From the Yellow Room’, released in 2003.
