This feature will allow millions of people around the world to learn and use the Crimean Tatar language, and will make the culture of the indigenous people of Ukraine more accessible, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported on Telegram.
This is an important step to preserve the language, which is now under threat. For decades and to this day, Russia has been desperately trying to destroy her, as well as the Crimean Tatars and their culture, the report says.
The Foreign Ministry thanked Google for the important initiative and emphasized that this once again confirmed that the rich linguistic and cultural heritage of the Crimean Tatars is a value for the world community.
Let us recall that from December 1, 2023, Google began deleting accounts that have not been used for two years or more. In this way, the platform intends to improve the security of its services.
