This is stated in a message on the website of the EU Council.
On June 29, the EU Council adopted sanctions against the Belarusian economy, which are intended to reflect some of the restrictive measures against Russia and thus solve the problem of circumventing sanctions.
In particular, restrictions were extended to the export of advanced technologies, dual-use goods or goods that could help strengthen Belarusian industrial potential. This also applies to maritime goods and technologies and luxury goods. Imports of gold and diamonds, helium, coal and mineral products, including crude oil, were limited.
